Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which they were received.
- Items must be returned with original packaging, manuals, and any included accessories.
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales1@fallbrookirrigation.com and include your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
